Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Travocorp's platform, services, or booking channels including web portal, mobile application, email, or WhatsApp (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms apply to all corporate clients, their employees, and authorized users. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Travocorp is a corporate travel management platform offering end-to-end business travel solutions, including:
- Flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings
- Corporate travel policy implementation and enforcement
- Dedicated account management and offline booking support
- Visa processing coordination and travel insurance facilitation
- Customized MIS, reporting, and analytics
- Vendor sourcing for long stays and high-volume travel requirements
Travocorp may modify or discontinue any part of the Services without prior notice.
3. Corporate Account & User Responsibility
- Accounts are created for organizations and their authorized users
- The corporate client is responsible for all activities under its account
- Users must provide accurate and updated information
- Login credentials must be kept confidential
- Travocorp must be notified immediately in case of unauthorized access
Travocorp reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse, policy violations, or payment defaults.
4. Bookings, Fares & Availability
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, and other service providers
- Prices are dynamic and may change until ticketing or confirmation
- Corporate negotiated rates are subject to availability and vendor terms
- Special fares may carry restrictions (non-refundable, date change penalties, etc.)
Travocorp acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for service deficiencies by third-party providers.
5. Payments, Credit & Billing
- Payments may be processed via prepaid, credit line, or postpaid billing as per agreed commercial terms
- Corporate clients must adhere to agreed credit periods and limits
- Delayed payments may result in service suspension or booking restrictions
- All invoices will be GST-compliant
Travocorp reserves the right to:
- Revoke credit facilities
- Apply interest/penalties on overdue payments
- Hold bookings in case of outstanding dues
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
- Cancellation and refund policies are governed by airline, hotel, or vendor rules
- Service fees and convenience charges may be non-refundable
- Refund timelines depend on third-party providers
- Date changes, reissuance, and cancellations may incur additional charges
Travocorp is not liable for delays in refunds from airlines or suppliers.
7. Corporate Travel Policy Compliance
Travocorp enables enforcement of company-specific travel policies; however:
- The client is responsible for defining and approving policies
- Policy breaches by users may still be processed if authorized
- Travocorp is not liable for unauthorized bookings made outside policy unless explicitly restricted
8. Service Levels & Support
- Travocorp provides dedicated account management and 24/7 support
- Response and resolution timelines may vary based on request complexity
- Emergency support is provided for active travel bookings
While we strive for high service standards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.
9. Third-Party Services
Travocorp works with third-party providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and visa agencies.
- Their terms and conditions apply independently
- Travocorp is not liable for delays, cancellations, overbookings, or service failures by such providers
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, technology, branding, reports, and systems are the property of Travocorp.
- Clients may not copy, distribute, or reuse without permission
- Customized reports/MIS are for internal corporate use only
11. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
- Travocorp collects and processes data necessary for travel bookings and reporting
- Corporate and traveler data is treated as confidential
- Data may be shared with service providers strictly for booking purposes
Use of Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
- Travocorp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- This includes loss of business, revenue, data, or travel disruptions
- Total liability shall not exceed the fees charged by Travocorp in the preceding 3 months
13. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify Travocorp against:
- Misuse of Services
- Breach of Terms
- Violations of applicable laws or third-party rights
14. Termination
Travocorp may suspend or terminate Services:
- In case of payment defaults
- Breach of Terms
- Misuse or fraudulent activity
Upon termination, all outstanding dues become immediately payable.
15. Force Majeure
Travocorp shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Airline disruptions or strikes
16. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved mutually
- Failing which, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Changes to Terms
Travocorp may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
