Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All cancellations, amendments, and refunds processed through Travocorp are subject to the terms and conditions of respective service providers including airlines, hotels, and transport vendors.

2. Flights

a. Cancellation

  • Airline cancellation rules apply based on fare type
  • Refundable fares may attract airline cancellation charges
  • Non-refundable fares may not be eligible for refund

b. Changes / Rescheduling

  • Date changes and reissuance depend on fare rules
  • Fare difference and airline penalties will apply

c. No-Show

No refunds are applicable for no-show cases unless permitted by airline.

3. Hotels

  • Cancellation policies vary by property and rate type
  • Free cancellation (if applicable) is only valid within the specified window
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may attract full retention charges

4. Ground Transport & Other Services

  • Cancellation timelines and charges depend on vendor policies
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur full charges

5. Visa & Ancillary Services

  • Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted
  • Service fees for documentation and coordination are non-refundable

6. Travocorp Service Fees

  • Convenience fees, service charges, and management fees may be non-refundable
  • Any applicable cancellation handling fees will be communicated

7. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are processed only after receipt from airlines or vendors

Typical timelines:

  • Airlines: 7-30 working days
  • Hotels/vendors: 7-20 working days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or corporate account.

8. Corporate Credit Clients

  • Refunds may be adjusted against outstanding invoices
  • Credit notes will be issued where applicable

9. Force Majeure Situations

In cases such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions

Refunds will be governed strictly by airline/vendor policies.

10. Disputes

  • Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of transaction/refund
  • Travocorp will assist in resolution but final decision rests with the service provider

11. Important Note

Travocorp acts as an intermediary and facilitator. We are not responsible for:

  • Airline schedule changes or cancellations
  • Hotel overbookings or service issues
  • Delays in refunds from third-party providers
